My Process

I have been a host for over twelve years, and see and worked in countless AirBnb units. I have loved my experiences as a host. It might not be for everyone, but I believe with a little help, anyone can be a super host, and offer a wonderful experience to their guests.

Pricing Every unit is different. Take some time and research different pricing approaches.
Communications Clear and concise communication is key. Often your guests are traveling and might be new to the AirBnb experience, your messaging and processes need to taken into account.
Security The bigest concern of new hosts is security. AirBnb and a well planned unit can be safe and comfortable for everyone; guest and host.
Furnishings Making the the unit feel comfortable take an effort. What you might want from a unit and a home might not be what works best for a good AirBnb unit. It takes some time to balance the personal with the practical.
Policies One size does not fit all when it comes to policies. It's your home. You set the tone and the rules.
Custom Every home and unit is different. Every unit on AirBnb can be configured the way you and your family want it. You are in control.
